For several years now I have worked with adults (18+) on issues of anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I’ve helped clients navigate questions around sexuality, trauma, and family dynamics, always using a collaborative, person-centered approach. My style as a therapist is eclectic, which simply means I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I have worked with each client to figure out what’s getting in the way of their goals and what tools might actually help them move forward.
