Now Accepting New Clients for Marriage/Relationship Counseling and Individual Therapy - I help couples and individuals who feel distant, overwhelmed, or stuck in painful cycles find connection and a space to heal. My clients often seek support with communication, intimacy, infidelity, sex/porn addiction, substance use, or the effects of weight loss/surgery on relationships. I also work to aid clients with disordered eating, substance use, depression/anxiety, and men’s issues. Together, we can work to rebuild trust, set healthy boundaries, and emotional and physical connection. As a therapist, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based approaches (DBT) to help partners improve communication, strengthen attachment, nurture affection, manage addiction, and create meaningful positive change. Whether working with couples or individuals, my goal is to help clients feel heard, and empowered.
