I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. My approach is to treat each person as an individual, utilizing a holistic approach to treatment that is tailored to your needs and pace. I use a collaborative therapeutic structure working with you to identify the treatment goals and life changes that you are willing to work toward and achieve. Healthy coping strategies can help manage symptoms related to relationships, parenting, and occupational and financial stressors. My background includes a certification in clinical hypnosis from Adler University. The key therapies that I employ are CBT and DBT. I also integrate exercise, mindfulness, and coping strategies into the treatment process. Clients also learn tools to manage pain, manage their weight, and become nonsmokers.
