I follow the philosophy that the client is the boss. As a client you know what brings you to ask for help. I will choose the model of therapy that I use based upon your desired outcome.. I believe that everyone needs therapy at some point in his/her life, so you are not alone. Together we will explore and identify the thoughts, behaviors, circumstances, or emotions that are causing you discomfort. Then we will choose the steps necessary to make the needed changes. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults to tackle many different issues including, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief, school/work challenges, relationship/family troubles, sexuality struggles, and many more. No issue is too small or too large that it can't be helped with therapy.
