I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in treating adults, kids, and teens with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, agoraphobia, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), social anxiety, phobias, hoarding, depression, anxiety, trichotillomania, dermatillomania, and other conditions. I use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and habit-reversal training (HRT). My approach is based on action, and it's embedded in your real life (not just my office). As such, I will ask you to work on things outside of our sessions together in order to facilitate progress and improve your quality of life.
