I see adult and adolescent clients and can deal with a wide range of needs and mental health difficulties. I believe that therapy is a partnership that requires effort, kindness, and understanding from both therapist and client. My goal as a therapist is to help a client feel the closest to their genuine self as possible. That involves establishing and living by values, understanding and accepting all parts of yourself (especially the parts that like to hide), and creating a space that allows people to speak on, acknowledge, and express their true emotions and true self.
