My clients are struggling with personal trauma, illness of a loved one, parenting problems or a difficult relationship with their spouse. Some are self-medicating with drugs or alcohol, others are challenged by crippling anxiety, panic or depression. Boutes of anger and diffculty regulating their emotions, behavior or thoughts. They may have impulses to self harm in a variety of different ways, from cutting, binging or purginng, or other behaviors. They want tools that they can use right now to help them cope and feel hopeful and happier in their lives. I specialize in DBT informed Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, Behavioral Therapies and Gottman Couples Therapy for the treatment of emotional, behavioral, cognitive and interpersonal problems. I have specialized training in psychological testing to help identify the problems you may be having.
