My goal is to help you build confidence, resilience, and the tools you need to create a fulfilling life. In our work together, you can expect a balance of compassion and practical tools. I use person-centered therapy to ensure you feel understood, CBT to help you challenge unhelpful patterns, and EMDR to process and heal from past experiences.
