Clients seeking assistance with mood disorders, adjusting to changes in life, medical issues, and/or finding the meaning of life are my ideal population. Life is unpredictable and it only takes a lending ear to not feel alone in the chaos. Working together, the goal would be to decrease the moods and behaviors present with life changes, managing activities of daily living with as much ease as possible, starting up again if we relapse in our behaviors and moods, working jointly until a good enough resolution has been established.
