My greatest passions are related to my training in methods to optimize our human potential including but not limited to: psychophysiology (connections between our thoughts/mind and our bodies), biofeedback, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality & comparative world religious studies, Carl Jung (Depth Psychology), bioneural beats and guided imagery, and consciousness studies. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Recovery, and Existential Therapy amongst others.
