I work with individuals, adolescents and adults, who want or need to find their own path to inner peace and harmony without the use of alcohol or drugs, or the use of rage or isolation, or the creation of chaos as a distraction; people who wrestle with the parts of themselves that keep getting in their way. I also work with families who are confused how best to help a loved one who is abusing alcohol and other drugs.
