I have over 35 years of experience treating self esteem, intimacy/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, sexual identity conflicts and stuttering. I work extensively with individual, couples, families and adolescents. Change or relief from symptoms occurs only when the patient feels a complete sense of trust and safety in their relationship with his/her therapist. I utilize a highly interactive, integrated approach of psychodynamic and cognitive therapy in a comfortable therapeutic setting to facilitate that sense of support and trust in a direct/honest relationship.
