With nearly 28 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I’ve learned that finding the right therapist is much like finding the right pair of shoes—it needs to feel like a good fit. When that fit is right, it creates the foundation for meaningful self-exploration and growth. My work is grounded in a strength-based approach: together, we explore the challenges that bring you to therapy while also nurturing the parts of your life that bring joy, resilience, and fulfillment. As Dr. Seuss so wisely said, “Life is a great balancing act,” and therapy can be a space to help you find that balance. My practice focuses on individual therapy for adolescents, and adults. My areas of expertise include depression, mood disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Trauma, and transitional issues of work, relationships, etc.
