Life throws many different challenges at us, sometimes we just need to reset and seek some support to help us navigate confidently. Relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and family challenges are all real issues that need our greatest attention. As a licensed mental health counselor, I will collaborate with my clients to identify their existing strengths, create and/or operationalize coping skills and mechanisms that will help them navigate life's challenging times. I am a skilled active and reflective listener that believes the best in my clients, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in all aspects of life. I have extensive experience working with clients that are affected by trauma, PTSD, sports performance issues, and relationship challenges.
