A trauma-informed approach paired with a cheerful and curious personality, I assist clients in repairing their relationship with themselves and directing acceptance inward, which can pave the way for enduring healing and growth. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with addiction, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma. My background includes extensive training in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
