Currently accepting new clients for office, virtual or walk-and-talk sessions in Wompatuck. I am passionate about working with individuals from neurodivergent communities (ASD, ADHD, OCD), those navigating the transition into/out of college and individuals hoping to cultivate a life aligned with their values and various identities. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the messy and overwhelming struggles that come up through relationship conflict and life transitions (i.e. college transitions, career change, separation/divorce). I aim to help clients explore the various parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion, fostering healing and integration. I integrate principles from Mindful Self-Compassion and Internal Family Systems to nurture self-acceptance and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), to empower clients to embrace their unique identities, emotions, and experiences.
