Life have you a little unbalanced? This is where you change your story. I will walk with you as you set goals and get back in control of your life. Together we’ll find the tools and supports you need to be successful. Most of us find it difficult to change. What is it that you’d like to have different in your life? Within a narrative framework, we can look at your story through your lifetime and you can gain hope and support for change, both in you and in your environment. I offer unconditional positive regard for the people that come to me. My goal is to help people feel safer in a world that doesn’t always feel safe.
