Hello, I received a Masters degree from the Boston University School of Social Work, postgraduate training in addiction, couples treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy and brief therapy at the Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Hospital; licensed since 1990. Areas of expertise include addiction disorders, couples therapy, and adolescent treatment. Work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders; assist adults and youth in the management ADHD and neurotypical conditions including spectrum disorders. My goal is to help people attain wellness and functional improvement efficiently, thoroughly and safely I maintain a flexible schedule including evenings in a centralized Sacramento location, and am credentialed on several insurance panels. Fees include a sliding scale for students and low income populations. I work with qualified psychiatrists when evaluation is indicated and needed. I also provide Emotional Support Animal Evaluations.
