Growing up in Lebanon, where mental health was rarely discussed, sparked a deep passion for understanding human emotions and resilience. Moving to the U.S. at 17 brought the challenges of navigating between cultures, which shaped a commitment to supporting those who feel unseen or disconnected. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I combine traditional therapy with holistic approaches tailored to each individual.
