The thing I love most about being a therapist is helping people change things in their lives that keep them from being the happiest, healthiest version of themselves that they can be. If they are willing to begin to take steps, I am thrilled to walk along side them and not give up until they reach their goals. I am happy to work with individual who have complex mental illness or who are simply working through change and transitions. I am comfortable working from a faith-based or a secular approach. I just want to help my clients function better.
