About

I work with people dealing with loved one's who are addicted to drugs and alcohol and the addicts themselves. I also work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety and grief/loss issues. Learning new coping skills and setting healthy boundaries are key to recovery. My motto in therapy is "nothing changes if nothing changes". Using cognitive behavior therapy has benefited my clients and helped them live more satisfying lives.
