I’m Stormy Malone, a licensed professional counselor. I have been working as a counselor for almost 10 years. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and feel more empowered in their everyday lives. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported. I primarily work with adults and teens who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment to help clients process their life experiences and develop skills to cope with the stress impacting their lives. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, and identifying your goals. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, incorporating solution-focused and empowerment-focused approaches that emphasize individual strengths to help you achieve your goals.
