Strive Recreational Therapy is here to serve those who have permanent disabilities that require special attention to get the most out of life. We also assist with rehabilitation efforts for those with short-term disabilities due to an accident or injury. We serve those with traumatic brain injuries, anyone catastrophically injured in an auto-related accident, those permanently or partially injured in a work-related accident, those with mental health issues, Veterans, anyone with a disability, and those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Recreational Therapy offers its clients the skills and tools needed to function in society and increase one’s quality of life. Recreational therapy is a medical modality that uses therapy, in the form of recreation and education as a means of meeting one’s physical, mental, emotional and social goals.
