I strongly believe in meeting people where they are at in their journey we call life. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages. By creating a comfortable and safe environment; I offer the opportunity for those that want the ability to obtain education, support, and tools to work on self and promote healing. Within my experiences I have worked with grief and loss, creating healthy boundaries, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, bullying, social disorders, just to name a few.
