For the past 40 years, I have had the pleasure of assisting my clients in overcoming their internal and external challenges. I am grateful for all the guidance and training I have received from my teachers, mentors, and supervisors. With their help, I have gained a deep understanding of psychodynamic, developmental, and mindfulness psychotherapy, enabling me to help clients of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations move forward.
