Hello! I am a Clinical Professional Counselor-I, and I work with adults, children, and couples to explore challenges related to self-identity, communication, relationships, and emotion regulation. Together, we’ll work to uncover and challenge unhealthy core beliefs, strengthen your authentic self, and work together towards cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and a greater sense of balance so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence as you write your life story. With children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to help them express emotions, process experiences, and build emotion regulation and coping skills.
