Life can be challenging, and at times feel like an emotional rollercoaster. I am here to work with you as you navigate life’s rollercoaster and find a balance. In my years of experience working with individuals and their families, I have come to appreciate the importance of collaborative approach with individuals. I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I am here to assist and support you in that process. I approach therapy from a holistic approach where there is a balance between the mind and the body. I am passionate about working with people of color using a multicultural approach to therapy. I believe in the importance of a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust and non judgemental approach. I bring over 7 years of experience working with a diverse clientele, and diverse mental health diagnosis.
