At Cali Cares Counseling I am dedicated in creating a meaningful space for you to reach your goals in therapy. I am a bi-cultural/bi-lingual clinician English-Spanish, passionate about working with adults, children, and teens that may need some support in sorting out life's challenges. I studied locally, going from Palomar College to Cal State San Marcos University, and finally obtaining my Masters in Social at the University of Southern California, School of Social Work. I have worked in non-profit organizations, school settings, local community mental health centers, and the hospital. I use evidence based practices including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based perspective, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I will use an eclectic approach to help you get back on the path you choose in life. I offer a judgement free space for you.
