I am a fully licensed therapist specializing in young adults and adults. I provide a variety of psychotherapy services including individual and family therapy when necessary. My approach to treatment is eclectic, incorporating CBT and Humanistic therapy amongst others. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative one in which I work together with the client to help them gain understanding of problems they're facing, to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, or to work towards resolution of a specific issue.
