About
Have you gone through life feeling like you’re a bit of an odd duck? Or maybe you’re a bit too silly in a world full of serious geese? Maybe you've always struggled to engage in social situations, form friendships, and maintain meaningful connections? As a late diagnosed Autistic therapist, my focus is on normalizing and validating your experiences. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being you. When we figure out “you”, then we work together on how to build a life that you find rich and meaningful. I tend to lean heavily on theory and psychoeducation, but also pull from the following modalities: Strengths Based, Person Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
