Whether navigating divorce, major life changes, or simply feeling buried under years of people-pleasing & self-abandonment, they're ready to remember who they are. They're tired of overthinking every decision, saying yes when they mean no, & waking up in lives that don't feel like theirs. These women are deeply feeling, intuitive, and empathic—they know their sensitivity is wisdom, not weakness, & they're ready to interrupt the patterns keeping them stuck. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and holistic relationship coach, I help sensitive women calm their nervous systems, trust their instincts, & make aligned choices through my One Choice Away methodology. I teach growth mindset through the mind-body connection.
