I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 40 years of experience supporting adults and seniors. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, and family or parenting challenges. I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential care, and community health settings.
