I recognize that it takes courage to seek counseling. I keep that in mind, as I come along side my clients and validate, encourage and challenge them in a safe environment to work toward their personal and specific goals. I do a lot of work with clients who have experienced childhood sexual or other types of abuse. I also do marital and pre-marital counseling and am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator. In addition, I help clients work through such issues as grief and loss, anger, depression, anxiety, codependency and life transitions. I am a Christian. My style is also helpful for non Christians.
