The people I work best with are often in the middle of profound change or loss. They may be grieving the death of a loved one, anticipating a loss, or adjusting to a life transition that feels overwhelming. My clients are searching for grounding support during times when life feels unrecognizable. Many want tools to cope with very difficult and changing emotions. I also specialize in populations with disabilities and their caregivers- drawing from professional and personal experience. My role is to support you, through crisis, through transition - until you feel more grounded, more whole, and ready to face life with renewed strength.
