Navigating our life can feel challenging at times, yet we all have unique strengths that we can build upon! I am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with mental health by providing customized individual support sessions as well as group support sessions. I believe compassionate therapeutic exploration and intervention allows for an opportunity to get in touch with what is challenging us to move forward in our lives. Overwhelming sadness, anxiety, transition stress and personal loss are real - I am here to help. My scope of services includes an integrated blend of CBT, ACT and IFS therapy models.
