I offer practical, down to earth counseling using primarily cognitive behavioral and family systems therapy. My main areas of focus are in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss and grief and relationships. I treat adults with the majority of my referrals coming from previous clients, insurance companies and the church community. I am a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling. I strive to provide quality treatment with warmth and creativity and as a solo practitioner, I offer a private setting free from a waiting room filled with other therapists clients.
