I have a compassionate, holistic approach, with a healthy sense of humor and non-pathologizing point of view. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I work with adults experiencing emotional difficulties due to work stress, relationship difficulties, compassion fatigue, or chronic physical, mental, emotional, or situational stressors. I support children and adolescents with behavioral or emotional struggles so that they can learn more effective communication and developmentally mature behavior. I create a safe, non-pathologizing, and non-judgmental space for clients of all ages, and work with great respect for each person's point of view and situation. I work from a variety of perspectives in order to remove the barriers to each person finding their inner resources and strengths.
