I am a licensed, nationally certified mental health counselor, providing telehealth services to adult clients in MA, ME, NH, and FL. I help clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and grief. I provide a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment, while helping clients gain insight into problems, thoughts, and behaviors which may be creating or compounding their difficulties. Together, we identify and improve unhealthy thought and behavioral patterns, process challenges, and explore problem solving interventions that lead to empowerment and healthy change.
