In my experience as a therapist, I have incorporated the core practices of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and existential therapy in hopes of encouraging healing and empowerment to my Client, utilizing an integrative approach to meet each client wherever they find themselves in the present moment. Each modality used is tailored to the individual's needs. I am a Florida registered Paralegal and have worked in the legal field prior to becoming a mental health professional. My experience as a Paralegal allowed me to witness the struggles families in divorce disputes have to endure.
