I understand that life can sometimes make us feel like things just aren’t working. I often think of the saying, “even a broken clock is right twice a day,” as a reminder that even when life feels off track, there are still moments of truth, strength, and hope within us. There’s always something within you that’s still right, still trying, and still capable. My role is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself and build from there, even if you feel “stuck.” My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has inherent worth and the ability to create change.
