I work with individuals 16 and up who are processing trauma, exploring their personal identity, and building self-esteem. I love collaborating with clients, who seek a curious conversation in which to explore relationships—with themselves, with others, and with ideas. My primary role in the therapeutic relationship is that of co-author rather than teacher, and I enjoy working with folks who are interested in finding their own approaches to problems with support from their communities, which may not look "cookie cutter.
