For individuals, this may mean struggling with PTSD, depression, or anxiety and wanting to feel more at peace, resilient, and connected. For couples, it’s partners who feel distant or stuck, yet long to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect with one another. At the heart of it, my clients want to be seen, understood, and supported in creating lasting change—guided by warmth, compassion, and practical strategies they can apply in daily life.
