Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or struggling with persistent intrusive thoughts and compulsions that keep you from staying present? Are you ready to make meaningful changes and just need the right support to improve your quality of life? I'm Sumeyah Chaudhry, a specialist in Anxiety and Obsessive-Complusive Disorder (OCD). I work with adolescents and adults age 14 and older. I especially enjoy supporting high school students, college students, and young professionals on their path toward self-discovery. I work primarily with teens and adults experiencing OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobias, and more. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I'm one of the limited clinicians in the Ann Arbor area with specialized training in this type of evidence-based therapy.
