I love supporting young women of color, queer individuals and couples, and young professionals as they gain insight into their family’s generational patterns, heal from trauma, set boundaries, develop healthy sexual lives, and answer the question “who am I living for?” I welcome clients who identify as gender, sexual and racial minorities including non-monogamous and queer couples. I draw on things like art, music, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method couples counseling, and mindfulness techniques.
