I am a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals and couples. I am licensed in Texas and Michigan. I have extensive experience working with different mental health struggles. I provide a safe and welcoming space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together. By tuning into your body, emotions, desires, and thoughts, we can better understand your core needs and find new ways to meet them. I believe that your life experiences are meaningful, and I’m here to help you use them as tools for growth, healing, and self-awareness. I customize my approach to meet each client’s needs, using methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing for short-term goals, and Person-Centered therapy. I specialize in stress and anxiety, addictions, and I am trained in EMDR.
