Accepting new clients for Sunday mornings virtually and weekday morning & early afternoon app times in person & virtual. I’m EMDR trained. I look at everyone's individual healing journey through a collaborative lens focusing on mind & body. Our minds & bodies hold on to traumas, depression, anxiety, etc & store it. We will work on helping you assess the true roots to your issues & walk the path of growth together. I don’t believe in “cookie cutter” therapy methods, which is giving every client the same skills and treatment. I get to know the client & personalize their treatment to fit their needs, wants, beliefs & life experiences.
