I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with the curveballs life is throwing your way. My goal is to empower you to find balance in your life, joy in your relationships and compassion for yourself. I use a cognitive behavioral/strengths based/mindfulness approach to help you develop new ways of coping with stress and negative self-talk. My approach as a therapist is for us to work together to find solutions that work for you so that you feel empowered to help yourself during challenging times. You don't have to do this alone.
