About

I specialize in Equine Therapy as well as traditional office psychotherapy. I take a mindfulness approach to "holding space" for my clients. I also recently completed an externship and Core Skills in Emotion Focused Therapy which allows me to do some pretty tough work with couples seeking joint therapy. I am also undergoing supervision for Trauma Focused CBT. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of clients. I have worked with clients coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, domestic violence, or other severe trauma. I believe that every story deserves to be told and I am honored to help my clients find their voice.
