With a self-compassionate approach, I’ll help you understand and embrace all aspects of your life—relationships, work, and personal growth—so you can live more honestly, freely, and fully. I provide a safe, personalized space for clients to address anxiety, depression, identity exploration, sexual and spiritual questioning, low self-esteem, divorce, communication issues, religious trauma, and family trauma. For individuals and couples, my focus is on creating a supportive environment where healing and growth can truly thrive.
