I'm an LPC with over 10+ of experience; and I'm passionate about helping adults with ADHD; depression; anxiety; trauma; grief; and cancer. Some of my client focus groups are educators and service industry. I believe the client has all the tools needed to promote healing and change and that an authentic and compassionate relationship can create a safe space to explore and process that. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy; trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy; solution focused therapy; existential therapy; and psychoeducation to help the client achieve their goals.
